Workshop Description:

Training and equipping brand-new clinicians can feel like quite the undertaking. As busy supervisors, we can all benefit from maximizing our impact on the counseling community without jeopardizing the quality of our training. This workshop is designed for licensed clinical supervisors seeking to enhance their ability to lead impactful and engaging group supervision for new therapists. Supervisors will gain practical tools to create a structured yet flexible framework that fosters a supportive, effective, and professionally enriching group supervision experience. This workshop is ideal for experienced clinicians who provide supervision to new therapists and wish to build or enhance their group supervision skills.
